I am addicted to this books. Yeah they are a little predictable but so what, i don't mind. I enjoy them and love that they have a happily ever after.

Brawn was sent to work with the human task force in place of Jessie who is now mated and married to Justice. Brawn went to live with Tim Oberto and his daughter Jessica Oberto. Unknown to Jessie her dad had given Brawn Jessie's house and she was to move in with her dad but Jessie not having any of it. Brawn, who had sworn he would never be with a human female as they was too fragile and soft. Yet he was drawn to her.

After being kidnapped by employees of Mercile and their goons and locked away together in a cage they was drawn closer and shared sex (i love that saying) Brawn is protective of her. She had to do things that no one should have to do or be done to them. Didn't want any other male touching her. He soothes her worries even though he believes there is no hope of them ever being rescued. But they do get rescued and things go downhill from there. Tim lies to Jessie telling her Brawn doesn't want to see her and Brawn is told that it would be too upsetting to see Jessie as it would remind her of the traumatic experience.

I do love this series and i find them enjoyable. At times i did think Becca was a little weak but she was just in love with Brawn and she really wanted him to love her, for her.
