As everyone is aware i am addictedly obsessed with the new species series. And if you didn't know, then i better tell you. I am addictedly obsessed with the new species series.

Now this one was different. It wasn't based at Homeland or the reservation. Wrath, Shadow and Vengeance are newly freed and have volunteered to work with the task force. They will live in HQ which is off site. During one of the missions they find Lauren who they think is Brent's girlfriend but she isn't and knew nothing of her work mates connection to Mercile. Vengeance takes an instant dislike to her but decides to force mate her, twice, Wrath saves her on both occasions. Lauren feels attracted to Wrath and wants to help them. The agree a plan that will have Lauren going back to her work and luring Brent out to meet with the task force. It doesn't all go to plan and things happen but Lauren is not a dumb stupid girl. She thinks fast and smart. She even managed to outwit others and have him calling the NSO who traced the call.

Wrath thinks he isn't mate worthy, he has nothing to offer Lauren. He wants her to have a choice even though it'll kill him to let her go.

This was great and fast paced. I love how possessive the males are and how they don't mind their mates being not so perfect or a little over weight. What i would dearly love is to read about one of the new species females. I want to know what happens to 140 and his mate.
